"First Steps" and "Pre-Ballet" are based on classical ballet. "First Steps" introduces students ages 2 1/2 - 4 1/2, the fundamentals of dance class such as counting rythm, stretching, lining up, taking turns, teamwork, learning names of steps, as well as dancing many fun musical actitivites. There are no make-up lessons in the First Steps, Pre-Ballet and Ballet I levels.
Pre-Ballet for ages 4 1/2-6 introduces beginning steps of ballet, ballet barre and combinations across the floor. These classes will prepare students for promotion to participate in Ballet I.
Tuition: is paid monthly and is based on 4 weeks per month. Months that have five (5) weeks offset any holidays the studio may take. Classes must be used within the payment month. Students may participate in make-up classes within two weeks of the missed class, with teacher approval. There are no make-up classes March-June and/or for the "First Steps" and Pre-Ballet levels during the year. The Single/Placement Class rate of $18.00 is for new students registering mid month and Adults participating in the Adult Ballet class.
Payment Policy: Payment is due on or before the 1st class of each month to avoid a $10.00 late fee. There are no refunds, transfer from student to student, nor may classes be applied to new sessions. It is necessary to notify the office if a class must be missed, change in schedule or when discontinuing. Returned check fee is $30.00. We do not accept out of state checks.
Two or more students per family both attending more than once per week will receive a 5% discount on combined tuition.

The office is open the first and last Saturdays of each month 9:00a-10:30a for registration to participate in dance classes. If you are unable to make it to registration you may also register on the day of your first class. When registering on the day of your first class, please plan to attend at least 20 minutes early.
Annual Registration Fee: $30.00 for all new registrations. A registration fee is due for each student annually, by September 5th. Re-registration is required should a student leave the studio for one or more sessions. Re-registration is $15.00 per child. The re-registration for current students will not be imposed during the months of July and August. To qualify for this you must have been at the studio during the year up until the end of the June session.
